At RVision Van Gear, we take pride in providing high-quality products designed for van life and RV enthusiasts. We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We're a small, family-run business, and every order is a big deal to us! If you have any concerns, please contact us directly first—we're here to help resolve any issue quickly and personally.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• Return Window: You may return unused and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Any items that are damaged, used, or missing parts (not due to our error) will not be eligible for a return.
• Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns, which covers handling and processing costs.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
• Custom or special-order items
• Clearance or final sale items
• Products that have been installed, used, or modified
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued minus the restocking fee and any shipping costs.
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
• If a product is returned in unsellable condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund or charge an additional fee.
Exchanges & Replacements
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement or provide store credit at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

• A detailed reason for the return
• Photos of the product (if applicable)
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
