At RVision Van Gear, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-10 business days(Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Processing times may vary during peak seasons, product launches, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
• If your order is delayed beyond the standard processing time and outside these special circumstances, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
• Shipping is Free. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination.
• Estimated delivery times vary depending on location and carrier load but are typically as follows:
• Standard Shipping (5-10 business days)
• These delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over carrier delays.
3. Shipping Carriers & Tracking
• We ship via major carriers such as USPS. And others such as UPS, and FedEx.
• A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments and ensuring someone is available to receive the package.
4. Address Accuracy & Non-Deliverable Packages
• Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:
• The customer is responsible for any re-shipping costs.
• If the order is refunded, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If a package is marked delivered but not received, the customer must contact the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
• If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier to file a claim. If needed, we will assist in providing shipment details.
• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your customer service email] with photos of the damage and packaging. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
6. International Shipping
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to their country.
• Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for any additional fees or extended shipping times.
7. Order Cancellations & Changes
• Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
• Once an order is processed for shipping, it cannot be changed or canceled.
8. Pre-Orders & Backorders
• If you order a pre-order or backordered item, it will ship as soon as it becomes available.
• If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship the available items first, or we may hold the entire order until all items are ready to ship.
